The Role We are looking for an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will work on innovative products and help deliver scalable, secure solutions in a collaborative Agile environment. Key Responsibilities * Design, build and maintain high-quality solutions. * Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams. * Improve performance, security and reliability. * Contribute to architecture and technical documentation. * Support continuous improvement and Agile delivery. Skills \& Experience * Commercial experience in a similar role. * Technical stack: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, Docker. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Experience with Agile delivery. * Right to work in the UK. Package Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Equity Benefits: Bonus, pension, private healthcare, learning budget and flexible working.
