What You'll Do * Define and shape AI and data strategies that drive business growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. * Assess AI and data maturity and identify the capabilities, technologies, operating models, and governance required for transformation. * Develop business cases, investment strategies, and implementation roadmaps for AI-led initiatives. * Design AI-enabled operating models, platform strategies, and future-ready data foundations. * Embed Responsible AI principles into enterprise strategy and transformation programmes. * Identify opportunities to commercialise AI products and services and accelerate value creation. * Translate complex data and technology concepts into actionable business insights. * Partner with stakeholders across all levels, from business teams to senior executives, to drive successful outcomes. * Lead or contribute to workstreams, large-scale transformation programmes, business development activities, and go-to-market initiatives depending on your level of experience. We're Looking For * Experience supporting, designing, delivering, or advising on AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. * A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply technology to complex business challenges. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. * Strong programme and project management capabilities. * Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset, with an interest in shaping new opportunities and driving innovation. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting, industry, technology, or transformation environments. * Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
