* Applying technologies such as computer vision, large language models (LLMs), NLP and reinforcement learning.
* Designing and developing robust software, primarily using Python.
* Turning research and emerging technologies into practical, deployable solutions.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical outcomes.
* Contributing to innovation, proof of concepts and early-stage product development.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
We're keen to speak with engineers who have experience in some of the following:
* AI and Machine Learning development.
* Computer vision or image processing.
* Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP or reinforcement learning.
* Python and modern software engineering practices.
* Building scalable software and complex technical systems.
* Experience with Java, full-stack development or DevOps is advantageous.
Candidates with experience in defence, national security or other highly regulated industries will be well suited.
You'll be naturally curious, collaborative and enjoy working in an environment where innovation and problem-solving are at the heart of everything you do.
What's on Offer:
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering environment where you'll work alongside highly skilled technical specialists on projects that genuinely push the boundaries of AI and software development.
The organisation values creativity, continuous learning and giving engineers the freedom to explore new ideas while delivering meaningful outcomes.
Location:
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2–3 days per week onsite, with flexibility depending on project requirements and must be open to full time onsite depending on projects needs.
Due to the nature of the work, applicants must be eligible and willing to obtain UK security clearance.
Interested?
If you're looking for a role where you can apply advanced AI and software engineering skills to technically challenging projects, we'd love to hear from you.
