AI Change \& Adoption Manager Legal Sector London - Hybrid Working About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI Change \& Adoption Manager to play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how AI technologies are introduced, adopted and embedded across a large, complex organisation. Working as part of a multidisciplinary transformation team, you will lead the people side of change, ensuring AI solutions are successfully adopted and deliver measurable business value. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and end users to develop effective change strategies, communications and engagement plans that drive lasting behavioural change. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement change management and adoption strategies for AI transformation initiatives. * Assess organisational readiness and change impacts, creating plans to support successful implementation. * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, project teams and business users to drive engagement. * Design and deliver communication plans across a variety of channels and audiences. * Develop learning, training and adoption activities that increase awareness, confidence and effective use of AI solutions. * Establish adoption metrics, benefits tracking and success measures to evaluate outcomes and demonstrate value. * Contribute to transformation planning, including implementation approaches, business readiness and benefits realisation. * Monitor emerging AI trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and maximise business value. * Champion change management best practices and help build organisational capability in AI adoption. About You We're looking for someone who combines strong change management expertise with a passion for emerging technologies. You'll ideally have: * Proven experience delivering change management on large-scale business or digital transformation programmes. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation. * Experience developing and delivering communication, engagement and adoption strategies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. * Experience measuring change outcomes, adoption and business benefits. * A collaborative, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. * Knowledge of change management methodologies and project delivery practices. * Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI technologies and their practical application within organisations.
