Vacancy Overview
Broadstone have an exciting opportunity for an AI Enablement Lead to join their team.
Location: London
Who are we?
Broadstone is a thriving consultancy offering a wide range of services in pensions, investments, and employee benefits. Established in 1989, the business has grown from a small team to a workforce of around 850, brought together by a desire to provide a personal, expert service to all who put their faith in us. We take pride in assisting small and medium sized pension schemes who lack the time or resources to address increasingly challenging issues themselves.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do and drive us forward every day. We strive to attract, develop, and retain high quality talent to work together to provide the best possible client outcomes. Our team feel empowered to share ideas to continuously improve our business. The impressive results of both client and staff surveys are a source of great pride.
Broadstone promote an inclusive working environment and recruitment process, valuing diversity, equity and inclusion based on age, background, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion or sexual orientation. Please let us know if you require reasonable adjustments.
We operate out of 13 regional hubs stretching from London to Glasgow.
AI Enablement Lead -The Role:
Broadstone is hiring an AI Enablement Lead to drive AI adoption across the business. You will have strong working knowledge of AI technologies, agentic AI, and automation tools, and identify high-value use cases, work with business and technical stakeholders and external delivery partners, and turn ideas into working AI automation solutions.
You'll own the AI use case pipeline end to end — from spotting opportunities, through shaping them into well-defined, delivery-ready use cases, to partnering with technical teams and delivery partners on design, build, and rollout. You'll be judged on the pace and quality of AI adoption, the strength of governance around it, and the measurable business value it delivers.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement Lead –Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prioritise AI use cases with business teams, based on business value, feasibility, and risk.
* Run discovery workshops to capture current-state processes, pain points, and target outcomes.
* Translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready use case documentation — problem statement, process map, success measures, dependencies, and risks.
* Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners to design, build, test, and deploy AI automation solutions.
* Own and maintain the AI use case pipeline, from idea through pilot to live solution, including blockers and lessons learned.
* Define and track the value delivered by each use case — time saved, efficiency, quality, adoption, and revenue or margin impact — and report progress to leadership.
Your Skills \& Experience
AI Enablement Lead – You:
* Strong technical understanding of AI models, generative AI, and automation, and how they apply in a business setting.
* Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, capture requirements, and map processes into delivery-ready use cases.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
* Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners, or vendors to support solution delivery and adoption.
* Exposure to financial services, insurance or actuarial environments is an advantage but not essential. What matters most is the ability to quickly understand regulated, audit-sensitive processes.
Certifications (desirable but not required)
* Any recognised AI/ML foundations certification — e.g. Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), AWS AI Practitioner, or Google Cloud Generative AI Leader.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Foundry, Power Platform, or comparable AI/automation tooling (certification not required).
* Business analysis, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or change management certification (e.g. CBAP, PMI-ACP).
* Responsible AI, data governance, or information security awareness training.

* Health cash plan
* Additional optional benefits to best suit your lifestyle
