Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Company My client are a HealthTech, using AI to optimise the recruitment of candidates for clinical trials. At the core of their business, is a genuine desire to use technology for good, and help speed up the development of potentially life-changing drugs for people that need them. 4 years in business, and with ARR of over £1m, they are in a strong position to continue their growth, targeting the US and UK. The Role As a result of this growth, they are hiring an AI Engineer, to build their core AI layer of multi-agent systems, RAG, Agentic workflows and more. Requirements * Strong coding experience with Python, Node.js, Rust or similar languages * Demonstratable experience building AI applications using LLM, agents or similar * Notable exposure to working with unstructured and messy data * Previous work experience in a start-up * An empathetic nature, ideally with some personal ties to wanting to use tech for the greater good
