AI Product Manager

Company Overview We work with organisations seeking to move AI from experimentation into practical business application. Typical environments include Financial Services, SaaS, Technology and other data-rich businesses looking to prioritise use cases, align stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes. Role Overview * Identify and prioritise AI opportunities aligned to business objectives * Build business cases and define success metrics for AI initiatives * Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps * Assess feasibility, risks and dependencies before development begins * Balance commercial outcomes, user needs and technical constraints * Help organisations move beyond proof-of-concepts towards production-ready solutions Tools \& Technologies (Required) * Product management frameworks and methodologies * OpenAI, Anthropic or similar AI platforms * Jira, Confluence, Notion or equivalent * Analytics and reporting tools * User research and discovery techniques Experience (Required) * Experience launching AI-enabled products * Exposure to Agentic AI workflows * Understanding of AI governance considerations * Experience working with engineering and data teams * Experience within regulated or data-rich environments is advantageous About You * Comfortable operating between business and technical teams * Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills * Able to prioritise competing requirements * Grounded in practical delivery rather than AI theory * Focused on measurable business outcomes Additional Information * Remote, hybrid and onsite opportunities available * Suitable for candidates who enjoy building practical AI capability within growing organisations * Benefits to follow
