Billions in revenue, a small engineering team, and an AI transformation that is only just getting started You will be building AI systems that are already in production and used daily by the people making high-stakes decisions. This is not experimental. It is core to how the business runs. This is a team that goes into the business, finds the problem, and ships the solution. No project charters. No ticket queues. They need an AI Software Engineer who has built in startup or scale-up environments, cares as much about the product as the code, and wants to be close to the business rather than hidden behind a backlog. You will be embedded directly with stakeholders, turning ambiguous problems into working AI systems that people actually use. What we're looking for: * 4+ years backend engineering experience, ideally from a startup or scale-up environment * Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. * Hands-on with AWS, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL * Experience building with LLMs: tool calling, RAG, embeddings, agentic workflows * The kind of person who talks to users, understands the problem deeply, and ships with ownership * High agency.
