About the Company The Role Work directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and ship production-grade generative AI solutions — agents, RAG systems, and AI-powered workflows — from scoping through deployment. About the Role What You'll Do Build and deploy agentic AI systems using spec-driven development and evals-first deliveryDesign RAG pipelines, skills, and MCP-based integrations with enterprise systemsDefine eval frameworks and guardrails; own quality from POC to production. Choose the right architecture — LLM, SLM, or hybrid — for cost, latency, and accuracyLead technical conversations with client stakeholders, from CTOs to engineering teams Responsibilities * Build and deploy agentic AI systems using spec-driven development and evals-first delivery * Design RAG pipelines, skills, and MCP-based integrations with enterprise systems * Define eval frameworks and guardrails; own quality from POC to production * Choose the right architecture — LLM, SLM, or hybrid — for cost, latency, and accuracy * Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders, from CTOs to engineering teams Qualifications * 8+ years of software engineering with Java EE, Spring Boot and AWS Stack, including 3+ years building LLM-powered applications in production Required Skills * Working knowledge of Creating AI Skills, Command, Hooks etc. — building, structuring, and maintaining skill libraries for AI agents * Hands-on with agentic AI tools (Claude Code or AWS Kiro), plus agents, tool use, MCP, and RAG architectures * You write and review code with AI daily — and are eager to help customers adopt the same way of working * Proven track record designing and running evals (benchmarks, LLM-as-judge, HITL) * Strong grasp of LLM/SLM trade-offs, context engineering, and agentic engineering practices * Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; strong client-facing communication Preferred Skills * Public thought leadership: talks, posts, or open-source contributions in applied AI * Hands-on exposure and know how in Payments/ high volume fast paced Financial services tech ecosystems
