Job Summary JD.com is seeking an innovative AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that enhance our e-commerce and logistics platforms. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI techniques to create autonomous systems that improve efficiency, personalization, and user experience. Job Responsibilities * Design, implement, and optimize AI agents for various applications, including customer service, supply chain optimization, recommendation systems, and internal operations. * Develop robust agent architectures, incorporating machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), knowledge representation, and reasoning techniques. * Integrate AI agents with existing JD.com systems and platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow. * Conduct research and experimentation with new AI paradigms and technologies to continuously improve agent performance and capabilities. * Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define agent requirements and deliver impactful solutions. * Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune deployed AI agents, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and scalability. * Contribute to the development of internal AI frameworks, tools, and best practices. Job Qualifications** * Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related quantitative field. * Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing AI agents or intelligent systems. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. * In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP techniques. * Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures. * Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. *At JD.com, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
