R oleAs part of this mission, t he Data Analyst / Data Analytics Engin eer will play a key role in driving Data Analytics, Reporting, and Insight generation usi ng D OMO and modern data science too * ls.Design and develop DOMO dashboards (live and scheduled) to deliver meaningful business insigh * ts.Extract and integrate data from Pega applications, Adobe platforms, SaaS systems, APIs, and public data domai * ns.Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and actionable insights that support decision-maki * ng.Apply data science and AI techniques to enhance analytical outcomes and forecasting accura * cy.Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all reporting and analytics activiti es.Responsibilit * iesDesign, develop, and maintain DOMO dashboards (live and scheduled) that deliver real-time business insigh * ts.Extract, transform, and integrate data from SaaS applications, APIs, and public data sourc * es.Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows for efficient and accurate data movement and transformati * on.Apply data science and AI techniques (predictive modelling, clustering, regression, NLP) to uncover trends and enable forecasti * ng.Design scalable data models and analytics frameworks to support self-service BI and advanced analyti * cs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting standards, and business metri * cs.Conduct data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to ensure high data integri * ty.Present analytical findings and actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholde * rs.Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards across all data initiativ es.Required Ski * llsDOMO Expertise: Proven experience building and managing DOMO dashboards, dataflows, connectors, and datase * ts.SaaS Analytics: Experience working with SaaS-based analytics platforms, integrating and reporting on SaaS product or usage da * ta.Data Integration: Skilled in extracting and consolidating data from platforms such as Pega and Adobe, as well as APIs and public sources, for analysis and visualization in DO * MO.Data Analytics \& Visualization: Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of visualization best practic * es.Programming \& Data Science: Hands-on with Python or R for analytics, modeling, and automati * on.AI \& Predictive Analytics: Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks for building predictive and prescriptive insigh * ts.ETL \& Data Engineering: Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using modern tools and framewor * ks.Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, Athena, S3) or Azure (Synapse, Data Lake, AD * F).Data Governance: Understanding of GDPR, PII, and secure data management principl * es.Communication: Strong data storytelling skills to simplify complex insights for diverse audienc * es.Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineers, developers, and business leade rs.Required Experie * nceMinimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data science, preferably within SaaS-based environmen * ts.At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with DOMO (dashboards, datasets, dataflows, connector * s).Demonstrated experience extracting and integrating data from SaaS applications, APIs, and public data sourc * es.Proven record of delivering data-driven insights, advanced analytics, and predictive mode * ls.Experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions for business intelligence is an advanta * ge.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related fie * ld.Certifications in DOMO, AWS, Azure, or Data Analytics are highly prefer redRequired educat * ionBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fie ld.
