As our Global Legislation AI Content Optimisation Lead , you'll sit at the heart of our Global Editorial Operations (GEO) team driving the AI revolution across legislative and regulatory content, one workflow at a time. What You'll Do Set the Strategy * Own the global AI content strategy from creation and optimisation to quality improvement. * Spot the high-impact moments where LLMs, NLP, and automation can transform legislative and regulatory content. Drive Innovation \& Delivery * Lead the ideation, prioritisation, and delivery of AI initiatives across generation, summarisation, enrichment, classification, and structural improvement . * Partner with Product, Technology, and regional Editorial teams to turn bold ideas into scalable, real-world deliverables. * Oversee the design, testing, and rollout of AI-powered tools and editorial workflows. Establish the Standards * Define global editorial standards for AI-generated and AI-enhanced content. * Champion responsible AI ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance are never afterthoughts. Optimise Performance * Build the metrics that matter content quality, workflow efficiency, and model accuracy. * Analyse, identify risks, and translate insights into stories that resonate with senior leadership . Build Capability * Be the AI-first champion across GEO. * Design training, guidance, and best practices that lift AI literacy and digital maturity across teams. What You Bring * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience — a legal or editorial background is a bonus. * 5+ years in content operations, publishing, legal editorial, product development, or programme management. * A working knowledge of legal information structures across common-law and civil-law systems (a plus, not a must). * Hands-on experience applying AI, LLMs, or NLP to content or workflow challenges. * A track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives ideally in global or matrixed environments. * Analytical curiosity and a love for data-driven decisions. * Outstanding communication and stakeholder management you can influence up, down, and across. * A strategic mindset paired with the ability to actually get things done. * Comfort with prompt design, LLM behaviours, and responsible AI considerations. * Familiarity with agile or iterative delivery you know how to ship.
