Data Lead/Data Scientist

Role: Data Scientist United Kingdom (Remote) Contract role * Experience with Use case prioritisation for Data scientists * Knowledge of data science workflows and Knowledge Graph concepts to direct and quality-assure outputs from Data Scientists and AI Engineers * Background in coordinating data workstreams across multiple delivery pods * Experienced engaging with client SMEs to run workshops, validate requirements, and manage working-level expectations independently * Strong understanding of data lineage, governance, and access control in financial services * Confident working-level communicator with business and technical stakeholders * Databricks; medallion data architecture/ML/Graph DB/Agent AI/Unity Catalog * Databases; sqlite/azure blob/azure SQL DB/GCP Big Query * Integration: Azure Data Factory * Functional: Experience in workforce intelligence applications * Location: Ideally Sheffield/nearby OR flexible to travel
