Graduate Automation & AI Designer

We're looking for our very first Graduate Automation \& AI Designer to join our growing team. The Role: As a Graduate Automation \& AI Designer, you'll help design and build intelligent business solutions that improve efficiency and transform the way organisations operate. Working alongside experienced operational consultants, you'll learn how businesses work, identify opportunities for improvement and help design smarter ways of working. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, embraces new challenges and wants to build a career at the forefront of business transformation. What You'll Be Doing: Understand how businesses operate. Map and improve business processes. Design intelligent workflows. Produce user documentation and training material. Participate in client workshops and project meetings. Research emerging technologies and identify new opportunities for innovation. You: Enjoy solving problems. Enjoy learning new technology. Pay close attention to detail. Are confident asking questions and learning from others. Enjoy building things that make people's lives easier. Qualifications Computing Business Technology Data Analytics Engineering Business Management Or another relevant discipline.
