Data Scientist (Python \& PySpark) | Remote (UK) | 2-Month Contract Location: Remote (UK-Based Only) Contract: 2 Months (September – November) Rate: Flexible DOE We are recruiting on behalf of a leading consultancy delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme for a high-profile UK organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Scientist to join a multidisciplinary team working on innovative, data-driven products. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing analytics solutions for new digital products, working alongside engineering, product, and design teams to deliver scalable data science capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop scalable analytics and data processing pipelines. * Build and optimise data science solutions using Python and PySpark . * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle. * Support product discovery activities and translate analytical requirements into technical solutions. * Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of data science models. * Contribute to the delivery of innovative digital products within an Agile environment. Required Experience * Proven commercial experience as a Data Scientist. * Strong expertise in Python and PySpark (essential). * Experience developing analytics pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions. * Strong knowledge of open-source data science tools and frameworks. * Experience collaborating within cross-functional Agile teams. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Must be physically based in the UK due to data sovereignty requirements. Desirable Experience * Experience supporting Tableau or dashboard migration projects. * Exposure to population health, workforce planning, or supply chain analytics. * Experience working on digital product development initiatives.
