Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced finance transformation professional with deep expertise in accounting processes, technology adoption, and AI-driven innovation. You should combine strong analytical abilities with executive communication skills and a passion for helping organizations solve complex business challenges. * 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, technology transformation, or related fields. * 8+ years of experience leading accounting teams and supporting record-to-report processes within large multinational organizations. * Proven experience transforming financial close, accounting operations, or controllership processes through technology and automation. * Strong knowledge of accounting automation solutions, ERP systems, and technologies supporting financial operations. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification preferred. * Master’s degree is considered an advantage. * Strong research, writing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear and actionable insights for business leaders. * Excellent presentation skills and confidence engaging with senior executives and global audiences. * Ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations. * Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 25% regionally and globally. * Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
