AI Business Analyst (Copilot implementation) Southampton – Hybrid (3DPW in office) Competitive Salary VIQU are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking an AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI-enabled business change across a range of strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business analysis, data, automation and generative AI, helping shape innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, identify AI opportunities, support solution delivery and ensure AI initiatives are implemented responsibly, effectively and in line with governance and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities of the AI Business Analyst: * Identify AI, automation and analytics opportunities across the business * Gather and document business and functional requirements * Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions * Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation * Assess data readiness, quality and governance requirements * Work with technical and data teams to shape AI solutions * Support UAT, business validation and solution implementation * Drive stakeholder engagement and business adoption * Ensure solutions meet governance, compliance and regulatory standards Key Experience Required of the AI Business Analyst: * 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology and business change * Experience delivering AI, automation, data or digital transformation projects * Previous experience supporting Microsoft Copilot implementation * Legal experience is HIGHLY DESIRED, professional services experience will be considered. * Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering * Good knowledge of generative AI, machine learning and intelligent automation * Strong data literacy and experience working with data quality and governance * Experience within a regulated environment, ideally legal or professional services * Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills * Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI and process mapping tools * BCS Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable, with Agile, APM or AI-related certifications beneficial Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence, or reach out to Katie Dark via the VIQU IT website.
