They're looking for an exceptional AI Data Scientist to help design, build and deploy production AI models that sit at the heart of their next-generation platform. This isn't a research role and it isn't a reporting role. It's an opportunity to build AI products that solve challenging real-world problems using large, complex datasets. What You'll Do * Develop production-ready machine learning models. * Build robust Python applications and data pipelines. * Engineer features from complex datasets. * Train, evaluate and optimise AI models. * Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets. * Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production. * Solve difficult technical problems where AI meets real-world sensing technology. We're Looking For You'll probably have 1–5 years' experience as a: * AI Data Scientist * Machine Learning Engineer * Applied AI Engineer * Data Scientist You'll have strong experience with: ✅ Python ✅ Machine Learning ✅ AI model development ✅ Statistics ✅ Production code ✅ Data engineering Ideally you'll also have experience with some of: * TensorFlow * PyTorch * Scikit-learn * XGBoost * LLMs * Computer Vision * Time-series modelling * MLOps * Docker * AWS/GCP/Azure What Doesn't Matter You do not need experience in: * Marine science * Oceanography * GIS * Environmental science If you're a great AI engineer, they'll teach you the domain.
