Our client is looking for an experienced AI Lea d to drive the technical direction of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI technologies, helping transform the way employees work while ensuring security, governance and scalability remain at the forefront . This is an opportunity to take ownership of enterprise AI strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and lead the adoption of Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosyste m. What you'll be do * ing Lead the technical strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI capabilit * ies.Define standards, governance frameworks and best practices for AI adoption across the organisat * ion.Evaluate emerging Microsoft AI technologies and determine how they can deliver measurable business va * lue.Design reference architectures and reusable patterns for Copilot, Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platf * orm.Drive the development of secure, scalable AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technolog * ies.Support end-to-end solution delivery, from architecture and data readiness through to deployment and integrat * ion.Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and compliance requireme * nts.Lead proof-of-concepts and technical innovation initiatives to assess new AI capabilit * ies.Work closely with architecture, engineering, security and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI solutions that improve productiv * ity.Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft AI technologies, providing technical leadership across multiple te ams. What we're lookin * g for Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot S * tudio.Experience designing enterprise AI solutions and intelligent automation using the Microsoft * stack.Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Ent * ra ID.Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Pow * er BI.Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and responsible AI princ * iples.Experience preparing enterprise data for AI, including governance, permissions and content lifecycle management across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Data * verse.Understanding of Microsoft security, compliance and identity con * trols.Ability to influence technical strategy and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeho * lders.Experience delivering AI solutions within a large enterprise or highly regulated environment would be highly advanta geous.
