AI Strategy & Workflow Transformation Manager

We are seeking a forward-thinking and commercially minded AI Strategy \& Workflow Transformation Manager to help shape the future of our clients FX Sell-Side trading. This individual will drive AI adoption, workflow transformation, NPL system innovation, and trade feeder optimisation while acting as a visionary leader focused on future opportunities rather than day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities • Define and champion the AI vision across the FX business. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI. • Drive innovation within NPL systems and workflow management processes. • Review and optimise trade feeder processes and data flows. • Partner with Trading, Product, Technology, Operations and Sales teams. • Build business cases for strategic investments and future-state capabilities. • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. Ideal Candidate • Experience within FX, Electronic Trading, Capital Markets or Financial Technology. • Deep interest in AI, automation and workflow transformation. • Strategic thinker who naturally looks ahead and challenges the status quo. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to translate ideas into practical business outcomes.
