The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning/ Computer Vision Engineer to join a growing AI team, helping to design, build and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions.
You'll work closely with data scientists, software engineers and domain experts to develop scalable AI capabilities across healthcare datasets, with exposure to computer vision, medical imaging, cloud infrastructure and MLOps.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models.
* Build scalable ML/ CV pipelines and integrate AI solutions into production systems.
* Work with large healthcare datasets, including clinical, imaging and molecular data.
* Support the development of computer vision and medical imaging solutions.
* Optimise model performance, scalability and deployment within cloud environments.
* Contribute to MLOps practices including model monitoring, CI/CD and automation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and scientific teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Essential Requirements
* 3+ years' commercial Machine Learning/ Computer Vision Engineering experience.
* Strong Python programming skills.
* Commercial experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
* Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
* AWS or other cloud platform experience.
* Docker and Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD and software engineering best practices.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Experience
* Medical Imaging.
* Healthcare, MedTech, Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences.
* Rust.
* Experience working within regulated environments.
