The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of AI agent features, analyze user feedback and market trends, and create detailed documentation to ensure alignment between user needs and technical execution. Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users • High ownership and impact • Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product • Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific AI agent features, from initial ideation and requirement gathering to launch and iteration • Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product metrics to define and prioritize the product backlog • Create detailed wireframes, user stories, and product requirement documents (PRDs) that bridge the gap between user needs and technical execution • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate that our AI agents are solving real-world career challenges effectively Qualification Required • Recent graduate or entry-level professional (0–2 years of experience) with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field • A strong passion for AI technology and a baseline understanding of how Large Language Models and autonomous agents function • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate 'the why' behind product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • High levels of dependability and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple moving parts in an early-stage startup Preferred • Previous internship experience in product management, project management, or a startup environment • Experience with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma or Balsamiq) and agile project management software (such as Jira or Linear) • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, actionable product roadmaps
