About the Role You’ll help shape a gold‑standard approach to applied AI: building responsibly, testing rigorously, and ensuring models and automations are grounded in clean, trustworthy data. This isn’t a role for an established AI engineer; it’s for someone curious, hands‑on, and excited to bring structure to complex problems. Responsibilities * Build and maintain AI‑driven tools, automations, and prototypes * Develop Python‑based solutions that integrate with existing systems * Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and ready for AI workloads * Apply responsible AI principles, including bias assessment and robust testing * Help define best practices and contribute to a gold‑standard AI engineering approach * Support the creation of orchestration layers across multiple AI platforms * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and deliver measurable value Qualifications You don’t need loads of AI delivery behind you, but you do need curiosity, practical experience, and a willingness to learn fast.
