We are looking for a Predictive AI Operations \& Knowledge Lead to raise AI and Machine Learning capability across the Group. This role focuses on turning emerging practice into practical, reusable knowledge, driving consistency, and accelerating adoption across all entities.
This is an individual contributor role initially, with scope to build out a team as the capability grows.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead the development of the learning ecosystem across AI and advanced analytics, including communities of practice, showcases, and reusable use case libraries
* Translate AI and Machine Learning strategy into clear, practical guidance teams can adopt locally
* Drive knowledge sharing from more mature teams to those earlier in their journey
* Create and maintain ‘North Star’ artefacts such as vision decks, roadmaps and best practice materials
* Champion tooling standards and ways of working, acting as an advocate for good practice
* Support the development of prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks and guidance materials
* Identify and share strong examples, patterns and lessons learned to accelerate adoption

* A clear Group-wide vision and roadmap for Machine Learning
* Scalable, reusable approaches to AI and advanced analytics
* Improved delivery quality and increased maturity across teams
* Greater consistency in how teams define and measure value and readiness
* Stakeholder engagement
* Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to shape priorities and influence direction
* Partner with AI and Advanced Analytics teams across the business
* Work closely with the Data Academy to support upskilling and capability growth
* Confidently influence stakeholders at all levels
* Budget responsibility
* Support the Group Head of AI \& Advanced Analytics in shaping investment priorities and budget requirements
Essential skills and experience
* Strong experience in AI enablement or transformation, with a clear understanding of modern AI capabilities, use cases, risks and limitations
* Experience in learning and development for digital or data capability
* Proven ability to lead innovation and drive organisational change
* Experience supporting product adoption and capability enablement
* Background in advising or supporting operating model or transformation change in relation to AI
* Good awareness of privacy, security, compliance and responsible AI principles
* Strong understanding of how people adopt new tools and practices, including learning journeys, coaching and behaviour change
* Ability to identify capability gaps, adoption barriers and opportunities across different business functions
