AI Cloud Engineer: £120k + Bonus (FinTech)

Role: AI Cloud Engineer Client : Financial Services / Trading Firm Salary: £120k + Bonus Location: London (hybrid) Build the AI infrastructure behind one of the world's leading systematic trading firms. We're partnering with a globally recognised quantitative investment firm looking for an AI Cloud Platform Engineer to help deliver the next generation of AI capability across a world-class trading environment. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Cloud Infrastructure, AI Platforms and Front Office Technology , designing and operating secure, scalable cloud environments that enable enterprise AI adoption. What you'll be doing * Design and build AI-ready cloud platforms across Microsoft Azure , with exposure to AWS and GCP * Deploy and support AI services including enterprise LLM platforms such as OpenAI Enterprise and Anthropic * Engineer secure cloud infrastructure covering networking, identity, governance and automation * Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform , Bicep or CloudFormation * Automate cloud operations using Python , PowerShell or Bash * Work closely with Front Office technology teams to deliver production-ready AI infrastructure within a highly regulated environment What we're looking for * Strong Azure and/or AWS platform engineering experience * Hands-on Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform preferred) * Experience supporting AI services or enterprise AI platforms * Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security and governance * Automation experience using Python or similar scripting languages * Experience operating production cloud platforms within complex enterprise environments If interested, please apply with your updated CV.
