We're partnering with a leading Data \& AI consultancy that is looking for a Data \& AI Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large-scale analytics, engineering, AI, and cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clien ts. This is a highly client-facing role where you'll work with senior stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to ensure programmes are executed successfully from strategy through implementat ion. What You'll Be * DoingLead enterprise Data \& AI programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through to comple * tion.Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical stakeholders, and executive t * eams.Drive programme governance, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive repor * ting.Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud t * eams.Translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes for cli * ents.Manage programme roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectat * ions.Identify opportunities to improve delivery and expand client engagem ents. What We're Looki * ng For5+ years' experience managing enterprise Data, AI, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programmes within a consulting or professional services enviro * nment.Proven experience leading large, cross-functional technical progr * ammes.Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics, and AI solu * tions.Excellent programme governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership s * kills.Experience working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodol * ogies.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level execu * tives.A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced consulting environ ments.
