AI Productivity Consultant

Position: Role Title: AI Productivity Specialist Type: Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities * Develop and document innovative, AI-driven processes to improve productivity for complex workflows. * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across digital workplace tools. * Analyze and interpret data to inform system improvements and workflow enhancements. * Design workflow diagrams and instructional materials to communicate automation strategies. * Test, validate, and refine AI-powered solutions, providing real-world input on effectiveness. * Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into actionable AI workflows. * Capture feedback and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI models. Requirements * Extensive experience utilizing AI technologies and automation to boost productivity. * Strong analytical abilities with skill in dissecting complex problems and delivering solutions. * Proficiency with workplace tools and integration of AI within these environments. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on clarity and knowledge sharing. * Background in business operations, engineering, finance, or research where workflow management is critical. * Proactive approach to identifying process inefficiencies and implementing AI-driven enhancements. * Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing deliverables and collaborating virtually.
