Hiring: Principal – SAP \& AI Delivery (Finance Technology) Location: Bristol / London, UK (Preferred) Job Type: Contract Experience: 15+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Principal – SAP \& AI Delivery to lead SAP Finance transformation and AI-driven initiatives. This role will drive SAP Finance roadmaps, AI adoption, enterprise delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with Finance leaders, SAP teams, and delivery partners. Key Responsibilities * Define and own the SAP S/4HANA Finance technology roadmap. * Lead AI-enabled Finance transformation using SAP Business AI, Joule, and SAP BTP. * Build business cases, delivery roadmaps, governance models, and executive reporting. * Deliver AI use cases from discovery through pilot and production rollout. * Improve SAP Finance service quality through problem management and process improvements. * Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, SAP, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Required Skills * Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO, AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Controlling) . * Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business AI, Joule, Automation, Embedded Analytics, and Enterprise Integration . * Proven experience in SAP Finance transformation, solution architecture, and delivery leadership. * Expertise in roadmap planning, governance, business case development, and stakeholder management. * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
