GTM Engineer

We’re building a small internal GTM team at Instantly. This role is for someone who likes building from scratch. Someone who can spot a revenue opportunity, turn it into a system, and show the numbers behind it. Why Instantly Instantly is bootstrapped, profitable, and one of the fastest-growing software companies in the world. We have 45,000+ customers, a product people already love, and a lot of room to build. This is one of the first GTM Engineer hires on the internal team, so you won’t be handed a finished playbook. You’ll help write it. The outbound systems you build, the AI agents you test, and the growth motions you ship can shape how Instantly goes to market over the next few years. What you’ll work on You’ll own a clear ICP, a revenue number, and the systems needed to grow it. That could include: * Outbound engines that improve over time * AI SDR workflows and agent setups * New acquisition loops * Activation and conversion systems * Revenue-leak detection and recovery * Webinar, content, and community growth motions If it helps customers, moves revenue, and can be built into a repeatable system, it’s in scope. Who this is for This role is probably a fit if you: * Have built outbound systems end-to-end * Can think like an operator and build like a systems person * Are comfortable with AI tools, automations, data, and experiments * Care about revenue, not just activity * Like fast feedback loops and clear ownership * Can explain what you built, what broke, and what the numbers looked like You don’t need to come from a traditional GTM role.
