Overview Build production software with AI at the core. DIGI is an AI-native software studio. We are a small team that ships at the speed of a much larger one - because we build with AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) at the centre of how we work, not bolted on the side. We are hiring a junior full-stack developer to build alongside us. This is a craft role and a growth role: you will be trained directly by our lead engineer in the way we build - fast, AI-leveraged, and to a genuine production standard. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 1. UK public-sector software, delivered in partnership with an established UK technology partner - our main focus is a platform in the SEND space (Special Educational Needs \& Disabilities). 2. Revelion - upgrades to our AI-driven penetration-testing platform. 3. New ventures - early-stage products we are building from the ground up for our clients and sister SaaS companies. Real products, real users, real standards - security, accessibility and infrastructure done properly. HOW WE WORK - AI-native development: Claude Code, Codex and Cursor are core tools, every day. - Small team, high ownership - you will see your work in production quickly. - You will be mentored by our Co-Founder and lead engineer and trained in our workflow, security, architecture and standards. We care how you think and how you build, not how many years you have been doing it. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (EXPECTATIONS) - Solid full-stack fundamentals (front end and back end; we work largely in TypeScript and the modern web stack). -Genuine fluency with AI development tools - you already build with them. - A feel for infrastructure (cloud, deployment, how things actually run) and an interest in security fundamentals. - Self-driven, fast-learning, and obsessed with shipping good work. ***You must be a UK resident and have the RTW - this role cannot be performed outside the UK. EXPERIENCE NEEDED All candidates must be proficient in, or be familiar with the following tools/platforms: 1. AWS (Proficient) 2. GitHub (Proficient) 3. Vercel (Familiar) 4. Claude Code, Codex \& Cursor (Proficient, Cursor is a bonus but not required) NICE TO HAVE - Cloud experience, CI/CD, working with APIs. - An interest in security and penetration testing. - Multiple side-projects you have shipped - we love builders. THE OFFER HOW TO APPLY - £28,000–£40,000 (junior level, depending on experience) plus performance bonuses. - Full-time, remote within the UK, with occasional travel to Stratford, London. - Direct mentorship, a fast growth path, and exposure to security, AI and public-sector work most juniors never get near. HOW TO APPLY Apply through LinkedIn. Two things we will ask - have them ready: 1. Are you proficient with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor? 2. Name one project you have built and describe it in detail - what it does, the architecture, the infrastructure, and the decisions you made. If you are shortlisted, the next stage is an interview where you will present that build and walk us through your process and workflows. We want to see how you think and how you use your tools. We are building the kind of team where AI-native developers do their best work. If that is you, we want to see what you have made.
