Their platform helps healthcare organisations identify, recover and redeploy lost clinical capacity before it disappears, helping improve utilisation, reduce waiting times and ultimately deliver better outcomes for patients. Building proprietary machine learning models, you'll own the full lifecycle including training pipelines, model serving, monitoring, retraining and production deployment. You'll also design scalable APIs and backend services, process large volumes of sensitive healthcare data and ensure reliability, observability and performance across critical systems. The ideal background includes experience with Python, SQL, AWS, Machine Learning, Data Science, MLOps, backend engineering, APIs and large-scale system design. Experience with reinforcement learning, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS or Terraform would be advantageous. The role offers up to £100k plus hybrid working in London and the opportunity to build technology that genuinely improves patient care at scale.
