About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Software Engineer within the AI/ML Data Platforms business at JPMorgan Chase. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to a team dedicated to developing, enhancing, and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. You will work closely with Data Scientists and AI Researchers to transform experimental AI/ML solutions into robust, production-grade applications, including Generative AI-based systems such as Agents. Your expertise will help streamline operations, improve code quality, and foster innovation through the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices. As a leader, you will mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of diversity, opportunity, and inclusion, ensuring the team remains at the cutting edge of technology advancements.
