Principal AI Product Manager (10+ Years) Qualifications * Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, including leading AI/ML-based products or data platforms in complex, enterprise or industrial domains. * Strong background in AI and data: familiarity with machine learning concepts, data analytics, model lifecycle management, and working closely with data science and engineering teams. * Product strategy and leadership skills: proven ability to define product vision, build roadmaps, drive prioritization, and mentor or lead cross-functional product teams. * Domain and business acumen: experience in energy, oil \& gas, industrial technology, or related sectors, with the ability to translate operational challenges into AI-driven product opportunities. * Technical and analytical skills: ability to understand technical architectures, interpret complex data, define KPIs, and make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative insights. * Stakeholder management and communication: excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior executives and aligning diverse stakeholders. * User-centric mindset: proficiency in user research, requirements gathering, and designing solutions that balance user experience, performance, and compliance considerations. * Relevant education: bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, business, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) is an advantage.
