About the Role The primary purpose of this apprenticeship post is to provide effective, professional, and high-quality support in relation to artificial intelligence and automation across the Council’s digital estate, supporting services to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery. As part of this role, the post holder will complete the AI \& Automation Specialist Level 4 Apprenticeship, developing practical skills in applying AI and automation to real-world business challenges. This role will work across a wide range of digital and service improvement activities, supporting the design, implementation and ongoing development of AI and automation solutions.
