We're looking for AI Solution Architects and Technical AI Leaders who can bridge strategy and engineering—taking GenAI solutions from concept to secure, enterprise-scale production. The Role You'll partner with leading banks and financial institutions to design and deliver AI platforms that create real business value. You'll: * Architect Enterprise AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions. * Design secure LLM, RAG and multi-agent architectures. * Define AI governance, guardrails and deployment standards. * Lead cloud-native AI platform design across AWS, Azure and GCP. * Translate technical complexity into business outcomes. * Guide enterprise AI programmes from strategy through delivery. Tech Stack Python | LLMs | RAG | LangChain | LangGraph | CrewAI | AutoGen | Vector Databases | MLOps \& LLMOps | Kubernetes | Docker | Databricks | AWS | Azure | GCP You'll Bring * Experience delivering enterprise AI, ML or modern data platforms into production. * Strong cloud architecture and distributed systems expertise. * Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG and modern AI frameworks. * Financial Services or other regulated industry experience. * Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills.
