What you'll do * Build and ship client automations: agents, integrations, data pipelines, and internal tools * Stand up Company Brain deployments: source connectors, role mappings, sync infrastructure * Work with Claude, MCP, and agentic workflows in production, not in demos * Scope builds in plain language clients can approve, then deliver what was scoped * Maintain what you ship: our clients stay, so your code has a long life What we look for * Strong general software engineering: APIs, data, cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) * Real experience building with LLMs and agentic patterns beyond toy projects * Pragmatism: you ship the boring solution that works over the clever one that might * Clear written communication, our team is distributed and async * Comfort owning projects end to end with a small, senior team How to apply Email consulting@nwai.co with the subject line "Engineer".
