What You Will Do * Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Voice AI products, from customer discovery and problem definition to delivery and iterative improvement. * Partner closely with ML researchers and engineers to translate complex technical realities into clear, actionable product decisions and roadmaps. * Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to define product positioning and packaging, ensuring new features stand out in a competitive market. The ideal candidate * Proven experience taking products from problem definition to delivery, with a strong background in software engineering, ML, or data science. * Deep fluency in ML product lifecycles, understanding the nuances of model evaluation and the iterative nature of shipping AI-driven features. * Excellent communication skills to engage directly with customers and earn the trust of highly technical engineering and research teams.
