You'd own a research direction end to end — from first idea to a model that's trained, evaluated and live in production, often within days rather than quarters. You could work on * Driving a research agenda from idea to trained, evaluated model * Post-training, generative or multimodal problems, depending on the team * Rigorous experimentation against baselines that actually matter * Carrying research from prototype through to production You may have * A strong research background — PhD or equivalent industry experience * Deep ML fundamentals and fluency in modern training stacks (PyTorch / JAX) * A record of high-quality research in rigorous environments * An appetite for owning direction rather than executing someone else's Why apply through Dex?
