AI Health Technology Research Specialist

Role Purpose: The Digital Health Technology Specialist will lead Veiksme Tech's initiatives in developing innovative health technology solutions that bridge clinical research with digital product development. This role combines expertise in health sciences, translational research, and technology implementation to create digital platforms that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Health Product Development * Design and specify digital health modules integrating clinical workflows, AI-driven analytics, and real-time health monitoring capabilities * Develop technology specifications for nanotechnology-enabled sensors and diagnostic tools for integration with digital platforms * Define user journeys, acceptance criteria, and feasibility assessments for health technology features * Create prototyping briefs and technical documentation for development teams 2. Translational Research \& Clinical Integration * Translate clinical research findings, patents, and biotechnology IP into digital product concepts * Apply implementation science methodologies to analyse healthcare service delivery and identify technology intervention opportunities * Evaluate transdermal delivery technologies and regenerative medicine applications for digital health integration * Develop frameworks for clinical validation of digital health interventions 3. Data Analytics \& AI Integration * Design data pipelines for digital biomarkers and sensor data collection from health monitoring devices * Specify requirements for AI-driven predictive risk scoring and adaptive intervention systems * Develop clinician dashboard specifications for data visualisation and clinical decision support * Ensure data governance and compliance with healthcare data protection regulations 4. Market Research \& Strategic Development * Conduct global market research on healthcare technology innovation, competition, and emerging trends * Produce data-driven research reports utilising proprietary healthcare data to identify market opportunities * Support business development with healthcare market intelligence and client deliverables * Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare institutions and research organisations Essential Qualifications \& Experience: * PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field * Demonstrated experience in digital health research and technology adoption studies * Background in nanotechnology, biotechnology, or translational medicine research * Experience with implementation science methodologies in healthcare settings * Track record of translating research or patents into practical applications * Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills Desirable: * Experience working with UK and international healthcare systems * Knowledge of biopharmaceutical development and patent commercialisation * Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese for liaison with China-based partners Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ashford TW15 2RP
