💰 £65k - £75k plus 10% bonus

We are hiring for a fast-growing AI technology company building enterprise-grade agentic AI solutions that transform how organisations operate.

This is a hybrid data and AI and delivery role, encompassing hands-on discovery and analysis, AI engineering, product management and client consulting.

You will explore complex client datasets, assess the feasibility of AI/ML use cases and generate the insights that shape new solutions, before supporting engineering teams as those solutions move into production - you can even get your hands dirty with AI engineering build too!

The opportunity

• Analyse large, unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns and commercial opportunities
• Assess data availability, quality and suitability for AI/ML applications
• Validate business hypotheses through rigorous analysis
• Recommend the most appropriate analytical, ML or agentic approach
• Translate findings into clear requirements for engineering teams, with the opp to build e2e your own Agentic AI products
• Support product ownership and keep customers aligned throughout delivery
• Help ensure solutions achieve the intended business outcome

About you

• 2+ years’ professional experience, including recent hands-on AI or machine learning work
• Strong Python, Git and data analysis skills
• Experience contributing to solutions within an engineering or product environment
• Familiarity with traditional ML, NLP and emerging agentic AI patterns
• Able to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients
• Fluent professional English; German would be advantageous
