A leading global professional services organisation is building out its AI capabilities and is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join its growing team.

This isn't a research-only role or a succession of POCs. You'll be designing, building, deploying and improving AI applications that solve genuine business problems — with LLMs and Generative AI at the heart of the role.

What you'll work on

→ Build and deploy LLM-powered applications

→ Take AI products from idea through to production

→ Design datasets and develop model evaluations

→ Fine-tune foundation models for specific use cases

→ Test solutions directly with users and iterate quickly

→ Apply ML and statistical techniques to real-world data

→ Explore new developments across the rapidly evolving AI landscape

What we're looking for

Must-have

• Strong commercial experience building

LLM / Generative AI applications

• Excellent

Python

skills and production-quality development experience

• Experience with datasets, model evaluation and/or fine-tuning
• Strong foundations in

Machine Learning and Statistics

• Experience with

JavaScript / React

and modern front-end technologies

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership

Nice to have

• Azure / cloud application development
• DevOps, CI/CD and Git
• Secure software development
• Professional services experience
