We're working with an AI first SaaS business operating in the luxury travel space, and they're looking for an engineer who wants to have a real say in what gets built.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a backlog of tickets and asked to work through them.

You'll be given a problem, a customer need or an idea, and you'll help work out what the solution should look like, how to build it and how to get it into production.

The role

You'll be working closely with the CTO and founders across the product, taking ideas all the way through to something customers can actually use.

That could mean

-Building AI agents, LLM products and intelligent workflows

-Turning loosely defined problems into practical technical solutions

-Developing and shipping features across the full stack

-Working with Python/Django, React/TypeScript and AWS

-Integrating APIs and experimenting with new AI tooling

-Thinking about how a product feels and works for the end user, not just the code behind it

-Joining conversations with clients and understanding what they actually need

-Helping shape technical decisions rather than simply being given them

-Challenging ideas and bringing your own perspective to the table

What we're looking for

We're open to engineers with around 1-4 years' experience, but what matters more is what you've actually built.

You might come from a software engineering, product engineering, AI engineering or full-stack background.

We're particularly interested in people who have

-Built and shipped products or features into production

-Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents or AI workflows

-Strong Python experience

-Experience with AWS or another cloud environment

-React/TypeScript experience would be ideal

-Worked in a startup, SaaS or fast-moving environment

-A genuine interest in how AI can be turned into useful products

-The confidence to speak with founders, clients and non-technical stakeholders

-A willingness to question things rather than simply follow instructions
