Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced ML systems research to drive breakthroughs in large‑scale AI.
  • Design methods and infrastructure that improve the performance and reliability of large language models.
  • Collaborate with researchers and cross‑functional partners to define research plans, communicate progress, and deliver results.
  • Gather and synthesize technical requirements to build an effective feature roadmap.
  • Develop production‑ready code alongside engineering teams.
  • Publish research findings and contribute to work that shapes future AI capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, or artificial intelligence.
  • Experience developing ML models at scale, including programmatic LLM interaction and post‑training workflows.
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with PyTorch.
  • Proven ability to run complex experiments involving large models and datasets.
  • Demonstrated skill in translating technical insights into business recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in generative AI and LLM research.
