Ai Solution Architect

Role Overview

The AI Solution Architect will lead the end-to-end design of enterprise AI solutions, defining architecture standards, governance frameworks, integration patterns, and agentic AI strategies across Microsoft and Azure ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture for Microsoft Co-pilot and Agentic AI solutions.
• Design scalable multi-agent architectures using Co-pilot Studio and Azure AI services.
• Establish integration patterns between Microsoft Co-pilot ecosystem and Workday.
• Design MCP and A2A communication frameworks for collaborative AI agents.
• Define AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI controls.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout solution delivery.
• Support knowledge transfer, solution adoption, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and product owners.

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in:
• Microsoft 365 Co-pilot
• Co-pilot Studio
• Azure AI Services
• Azure Open AI
• Azure AI Foundry
• Strong understanding of:
• Multi-Agent Architectures
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Communication
• RAG Architectures
• Enterprise AI Governance
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Workday.
• Experience defining AI operating models and governance frameworks.
• Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and customer-facing skills.

Desirable

• Banking or Financial Services experience.
• Microsoft AI certifications.
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Experience leading AI transformation programmes.
