The Business * Top 40 accountancy and advisory firm with over 500 employees * Backed by a leading private equity investor, with significant investment into technology and AI * Recently completed a major acquisition as part of an ambitious growth strategy * Fast-paced, collaborative environment with AI and digital transformation at the heart of the business The Role * Design, build and deploy production-ready AI solutions across the business * Develop AI agents and LLM-powered applications to automate complex business processes * Lead automation initiatives across areas such as pricing intelligence, document processing and operational workflows * Build AI solutions to support merger and acquisition integration and business transformation * Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, gather requirements and deliver measurable business value What They're Looking For * 5+ years commercial experience with Python and modern AI engineering practices * Experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents or agentic workflows * Solid understanding of data engineering, production deployments and scalable AI systems * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to senior non-technical stakeholders * Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, business-facing environment with high levels of ownership * Experience within professional services, consultancy, financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing heavily in AI, where you'll have genuine influence over strategy, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to build solutions that have a measurable impact across the organisation.
