We're growing our Databricks business and are looking for experienced Client Solution Leads who can bring together strategic client engagement, deep Data \& AI expertise, and technical leadership to shape and lead complex transformation opportunities. You'll work across Deloitte's industry, engineering, architecture, and alliance teams to develop solutions that address our clients' most important business and technology challenges.

We are seeking an experienced Databricks Client Solution Lead with a proven track record of shaping complex Data \& AI transformations and leading strategic client engagements. The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of the Databricks platform and modern Data \& AI architectures with the ability to understand client priorities, define transformation strategies, and translate these into compelling, commercially viable transformation solutions. As a key member of our team, you will:* Lead strategic client engagements, building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders and positioning Deloitte as a trusted Data \& AI transformation partner.

• Lead the shaping of complex Databricks opportunities from early-stage discovery and qualification through solution definition, architecture, proposal development, and mobilisation.
• Translate client business priorities and transformation ambitions into clear Data \& AI strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution propositions.
• Provide strategic architecture oversight across complex Databricks solutions, ensuring proposed architectures are scalable, secure, governed, and aligned to client enterprise technology strategies.
• Bring together data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI capabilities to shape integrated transformation solutions on the Databricks platform.
• Provide technical strategy and leadership throughout the pursuit lifecycle, challenging assumptions, identifying risks, and ensuring the technical integrity and feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions and articulate the business outcomes, benefits, and differentiated value of Deloitte and Databricks solutions.
• Work closely with industry, account, architecture, engineering, and delivery leaders to bring together the right capabilities and expertise for each client opportunity.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with Databricks and key ecosystem partners, working collaboratively across the alliance to identify opportunities, develop joint propositions, and support shared growth objectives.
• Provide leadership and oversight as opportunities transition from solution shaping into delivery, helping ensure that the original solution vision and intended client outcomes are maintained.
• Contribute to the continued growth of Deloitte's Databricks capability by developing repeatable propositions, industry solutions, accelerators, and go-to-market offerings.

You combine strong technical credibility with commercial awareness and executive-level communication skills. You're comfortable operating at the earliest stages of complex opportunities, bringing clarity to ambiguous client challenges and mobilising multidisciplinary teams around a compelling solution. You'll have strong skills and experience including some or all of the following:* Extensive experience shaping and leading complex enterprise Data \& AI transformation opportunities.

• Strong knowledge of the Databricks platform and its application across enterprise data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and Generative/Agentic AI.
• Proven experience developing Data \& AI transformation strategies, roadmaps, and enterprise-scale solution architectures.
• Strong client engagement skills with experience advising senior business and technology stakeholders on complex transformation decisions.
• Experience leading discovery and solution-shaping activities, translating business challenges into clear technology requirements and solution options.
• Strong understanding of modern Data \& AI architecture, including lakehouse patterns, data governance, analytics, machine learning, AI, and cloud platforms.
• Experience providing architecture oversight and technical leadership across large and complex technology programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience shaping propositions, developing business cases, and articulating the value and outcomes of technology investments.
• Experience leading complex pursuits and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and industry.
• Experience working with strategic technology alliances and building joint client propositions and go-to-market opportunities.
• Excellent executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify emerging client needs and translate new Databricks and Data \& AI capabilities into differentiated market propositions.
• Lead senior client engagements and large-scale opportunities, owning solution strategy, commercial positioning, and executive stakeholder engagement through to successful conversion.

Required* Proven experience leading strategic client engagements and shaping large-scale Data \& AI transformation opportunities.

• Extensive knowledge of modern Data \& AI platforms, architectures, and transformation approaches.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the Databricks platform and broader Data \& AI ecosystem.
• Demonstrable experience leading solution shaping from discovery through architecture, proposal development, and mobilisation.
• Experience providing technical strategy, solution architecture oversight, and senior technical leadership.
• Strong commercial and pursuit leadership experience, including developing compelling client propositions and value cases.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex pursuits and transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, cloud architecture, machine learning, and Generative/Agentic AI.
• Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or similarly complex client-facing environment.

Preferred* Experience developing and taking Data \& AI propositions to market.

• Experience working directly with Databricks or another strategic cloud or Data \& AI technology alliance.
• Advanced Databricks certification or equivalent Data \& AI architecture credentials.
• Experience shaping enterprise AI and AI transformation programmes.
• Experience developing industry-specific Data \& AI solutions and reusable accelerators.
• Experience supporting major account growth and strategic business development.
• Existing Financial Services experience and an understanding of the key Data \& AI opportunities, challenges, and regulatory considerations within this industry.
