Senior AI Engineer - Enterprise Organisation : £80k : London

We’re working with a leading enterprise organisation that is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions across conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG and voice.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and deploy scalable AI Agents and conversational AI solutions
• Build advanced RAG architectures, including hybrid search, re-ranking and vector retrieval
• Develop production-grade voice AI, including STT, TTS and real-time audio processing
• Fine-tune and optimise LLMs, prompts and retrieval strategies
• Build AI infrastructure, APIs and monitoring for production environments
• Work closely with Architecture, Security, Data Governance and other stakeholders
• Evaluate and introduce emerging AI technologies where they add business value

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ software engineering experience, with 4+ years in AI engineering
• Strong Python experience
• Proven experience delivering RAG, LLM and Agentic AI systems into production
• Strong knowledge of conversational AI and multi-turn dialogue
• Production experience with voice AI / STT / TTS
• Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, GCP or Azure
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Azure AI Search
• Strong communication skills and experience working with senior technical stakeholders
