Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of PwC UK's SAP AI strategy, shaping how AI is embedded across our propositions, client engagements and delivery methods.
• Develop AI-enabled propositions across Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital and Enterprise Transformation, working with Capability Leads and Partners to differentiate PwC in the market and increase win rates.
• Partner with clients to identify where SAP Business AI, Joule, Agentic AI and intelligent automation can create measurable business value, supporting executive workshops, strategic pursuits and major transformation programmes.
• Transform the way PwC delivers SAP S/4HANA programmes by embedding AI into solution design, delivery, testing, data migration, PMO, Business Change and programme governance, improving quality, efficiency and commercial performance.
• Work closely with our delivery centres, SAP and our global network to bring proven AI capabilities, accelerators and delivery assets into the UK practice.
• Develop reusable AI-enabled delivery methods, assets and accelerators that can be adopted consistently across the SAP practice.
• Coach consultants and engagement teams in the practical application of AI, helping build AI capability across the practice and shaping future capability investment.
• Represent PwC as a recognised leader in SAP AI, supporting client events, SAP relationships, alliances and thought leadership.

The skills and experience we’re looking for

• You have extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions and understand how AI is reshaping large-scale business transformation.
• You have practical experience with SAP Business AI, Joule, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), AI Foundation, Generative AI and the wider SAP AI ecosystem.
• You're AI-native—you've built, deployed and scaled AI-enabled solutions rather than simply advising on them.
• You have experience developing propositions, supporting strategic pursuits and helping organisations adopt emerging technologies.
• You understand how AI can fundamentally improve the delivery of SAP transformation programmes through automation, intelligent tooling and reusable assets.
• You enjoy building new capabilities, developing people and working across multidisciplinary teams.
• You have experience working with offshore delivery centres and global teams to scale capability and accelerate innovation.
• You're passionate about shaping the future of SAP consulting through AI and intelligent delivery.
