Overview
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Digital Learning \& AI Specialist to help shape the future of learning at Cambridge Consultants.
The Learning \& Development team is made up of 3 colleagues and sits within a wider Global People department of 20. Working as part of the Learning \& Development team, you will design and deliver engaging digital learning experiences, optimise our learning technology ecosystem, and help accelerate AI capability across the organisation.
You will combine learning expertise with a strong interest in digital innovation, using AI-enabled tools and modern learning approaches to create scalable, effective and impactful learning solutions. You will be responsible for supporting the development of digital content, maintaining and evolving our learning platforms, analysing learning data and helping employees build the skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities
Your role will be varied, and you can expect it to evolve over time. We have listed below the types of things you can initially expect to own or be involved in:
Digital Learning Design
- Design and develop engaging digital learning solutions using modern learning design principles.
- Create a range of learning assets including learning pathways, guides, videos, job aids, digital resources and blended learning experiences.
- Work with subject matter experts across the business to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging learning solutions.
- Ensure learning content is aligned to business priorities, learner needs and organisational capability requirements.
- Continually evaluate and improve learner experiences based on feedback and data.
AI-Enabled Learning
- Explore and apply AI tools to improve the efficiency, quality and scalability of learning design and delivery, in line with CC's AI policy.
- Support the development of AI learning and capability initiatives across the organisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Stay up to date with developments in generative AI, learning technologies and emerging workplace skills.
- Champion innovative approaches to learning and performance support.
Learning Technology \& Systems
- Act as a key administrator and super-user for learning platforms, including LearnUpon, Articulate 360 and other digital learning tools.
- Manage learning pathways, content libraries and learner experiences within our learning ecosystem.
- Support the implementation, optimisation and adoption of new learning technologies.
- Work with internal and external partners to resolve system issues and enhance functionality.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation's digital learning strategy.
Learning Analytics \& Insights
- Produce reports and insights on learner engagement, completion rates and learning impact.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support evaluation activities to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Maintain accurate learning records and reporting and support audit-readiness.
Stakeholder Partnership \& Communications
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Support the promotion and communication of learning opportunities and initiatives.
- Contribute to campaigns that drive learner engagement and adoption.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on making effective use of learning technologies and digital learning resources.
About you
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in Learning \& Development, Digital Learning, Learning Technology or a related field.
- Experience designing and developing digital learning solutions.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and learner engagement.
- Experience using learning technologies and learning management systems.
- Knowledge of learning analytics and evaluation methodologies.
- Experience supporting organisational capability or skills development initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational and project management skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools.
