As a Senior AI Engineering Consultant, you are a core builder and execution expert—turning AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions.

What you might work on

• Building AI Solutions:

Design and deploy end-to-end AI \& ML systems from development through to production, applying design and product thinking to meet real-world user needs.

• Taking AI Applications to Production:

Collaborate across engineering teams to ship, monitor, and maintain models, transforming machine learning and AI workflows into high-performance internal and external products.

• Exploratory Data Analysis:

Conduct hands-on exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract clear signals, evaluate data quality, and inform model design.

• Large Language Models (LLMs):

Develop generative AI applications using LLMs, Agentic frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques.

• Machine Learning:

Train, validate, and tune predictive models to solve targeted business challenges.

• LLMOps \& MLOps:

Implement reliable CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine learning to ensure systems remain reproducible, scalable, and performant.

• Technical Collaboration:

Partner with clients and internal team members to translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.

• Mentorship \& Quality:

Share knowledge, elevate team standards, and support mid-level and junior engineers through regular peer reviews and collaboration.
